Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items before shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. We are here to help. For whatever reason you are not satisfied with the item(s), you can easily and quickly exchange or return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

We’ll happily allow returns & exchanges for items in their original condition when:

  • All returns must first be approved by our customer service team.
  • All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags, and their original packaging.
  • If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.

Processing return and exchange requests takes between 2 to 3 business days after we receive your item back. If you’re looking for an exchange, you can expect to get your new item delivered through your original shipping method after processing.

 How to start a return?

1. Email to our customer care team ( info@durafits.com ) and inform us with your order id and the reason why you want to return. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
2. Our customer care team will contact you within 48 hrs and offer solutions.
3. Ship the returning item to our exchanges & returns address and keep us informed with the tracking number.
4. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price.

***You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.. Please don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us. ***
